Our saw shop is available for members to bring in their rocks and have them cut into slabs. Rocks can be cut with an exploratory cut to see how the rock looks on the inside and then either have the rock further cut into slabs or be given back without further cutting.
The saw shop charges a setup fee and a per inch fee to have your rock cut. Only members may use the saw shop to cut their rocks. We do not cut rocks for non-members. Check with the shop for the current fee schedule and their rules for using the shop.
All sawyers go through a training and certification program before they are allowed into the saw shop. All are volunteer members of the club.
